  Masamichi Ohno
Manager, Customer Relations Section, Planning & Management Department, Tokyo Metro Co.,Ltd.

 Mr. Ohno is the Manager, Customer Relations Section, Planning & Management Department, Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. His role as the position is to analyze the need of the customers from the analysis of various questions, comments, and requests which are more than 90,000 in one year, and to propose recommendations for improvement of service provided by Tokyo Metro Co.,Ltd..

Since joining the Tokyo Metro Co.,Ltd. in 1988, he was assigned to various important positions in the Tokyo Metro Co.,Ltd.. He was the JICA expert in Thailand from 1996 to 1999. He was Deputy Manager, Electric Power Section, Electric Facilities Department from 1999 to 2001. Before taking the current position, he was Deputy Manager, Public Relations Section, General Affairs Department.

Mr. Ohno graduated from Tokyo Denki University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
