Jean-Alain Taupy
Senior Manager, DME Global Downstream Development,
Gas & Power Division, TOTAL S.A.
Before being appointed on January 1st 2006 as DME Global
Downstream Development Senior Manager in Total, the fourth largest
International Oil & Gas Company in the world, Jean-Alain
Taupy was for three years adviser to the President Gas &
Power.
Before, he had held in Elf Aquitaine then in Total various positions
in Refining & Marketing activities in IT, supply, finance,
logistics, and internal audit.
Mr. Taupy is graduated as engineer from the “Ecole Centrale
de Paris” and from the University of Paris Sorbonne with
a master’s degree in Economics.
