Mr. Ishiyama joined NTT in 1980 and served in various positions of network provisioning and development. In 1999, after the reorganization of NTT groups, Mr. Ishiyama joined NTT Communications, a pure subsidiary of NTT as the Vice President of technical strategy planning. Mr. Ishiyama is now in charge of business development using leading edge technologies such as IPv6, RFID, smart cards, and biometrics.
