  Mr. Frank Wall

Consultant, Former Chairman of the Security WG of MSC of IMO

Mr. Frank Wall, the winner of International Maritime Prize for 2002, was the Head of Shipping Division Policy in the United Kingdom’s Department for Transport until his retirement. Among his notable work in the maritime field after joining the Department for Transport in 1986, Mr. Wall was Chairman of the IMO/MSC’s Maritime Security Working Group which developed the conventional maritime security measures adopted by the Diplomatic Conference on Maritime Security at the end of 2002.

Mr. Wall also chaired the Committee of the Whole at the Diplomatic Conference which adopted the aforementioned measures.
