Naoyuki Fukuuchi
Director for Policy Coordination (in charge of Logistics Policies), Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport
Mr. Naoyuki Fukuuchi recently became Director for Policy Coordination, Logistics Policies for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MLIT) of Japan in July 2004. Before his current position, Mr. Fukuuchi had held the post of Director of the Freight Forwarders Division within the Policy Bureau of MLIT since July 2003. Prior to his directorial position, Mr. Fukuuchi was Manager of the Corporate Planning Department of Kansai International Airport, Ltd. from July 2001.
Mr. Naoyuki Fukuuchi graduated in 1978 from Tokyo University's Faculty of Law.
